If you refer a healthcare professional like any nurse or carer, not in our database, and we successfully place them, you earn a minimum reward of £100. As you refer more candidates, your rewards increase. Terms and conditions apply.
To qualify for your rewards, you must be a Kingdom Healthcare employee, and your referred candidate should mention your name on the online form.
You will be eligible for the bonus once the referred person successfully completes 5 shifts with us. The amount paid will differ based on the candidate’s position.
The payment will only be made to the referrer once the following criteria is met by the candidate.
